With our staff having experience in both the client and supplier environment, our analytical services group understands both the art and science of analysis, adhering to the principles of statistical rigor in interpreting data and clarity in the reporting of results. We look at usage patterns and customer satisfaction to understand the relationship between brand awareness, purchasing motivators and satisfaction. Schwartz also develops customer profiles or identifies vendor substitution patterns.
All research results will be analyzed and presented by Schwartz Consulting Partners, Inc. Our Qualitative focus group top-line report will include executive summary, key findings, insights and all other related working papers. Quantitative data is reported and processed in column-binary fashion, allowing multiple answers to various questions in unique column positions. This facilitates cross-tabulation and allows the Schwartz Consulting Partners team to examine data differences by locating groups according to their response to certain questions. We are proficient in a number of analytic techniques including conjoint, regression, cluster and discriminate analysis. This final report combines text and graphs to deliver results in a comprehensive, easy to understand format.
