Employee Opinion Studies / OrganizationalResearch

Schwartz Consulting Partners, Inc., is taking employee opinion research to the next level!

The most valuable asset in any organization is the employee. How your employees feel about their jobs, supervisors and many other factors have clear financial implications for your organization's future success.

Significant objective measures of satisfaction or dissatisfaction in organizations are employee retention and turnover. The costs of turnover are real and significant. The benefits of retention are just as real. The Harvard Business Review reports that

A 5% increase in retention results in a 10% decrease in costs and productivity increases ranging from 25% to 65%.

In organizations experiencing high turnover, compensation was the most common reason given for leaving. In organizations with low turnover, compensation was not the reson for staying.

As a leader in qualitative research, we understand that determining the why's are just as important as the what's. For this reason, we incorporate employee focus groups and/or one-on-one interviews into our research design. Exploratory methodologies go deeper into the attitudes of employees and ask the all-important question of "Why do you feel this way?".

The information you receive will identify the different dimensions of how employees perceive your organization and will clearly define the values of objective research. Organizational Insight Research should:

 Facilitate develomental and organizational change
Allow an organization to focus on needs and leverage its strengths
Provide management with employees' honest feelings (both positive and negative), thereby giving a more accurate view on the internal health of the organization
Measure the impact of current programs, policies, and procedures
